🟢 Can't get through to Flow? Use the Bluu Sign-Up Form.
The fastest way to activate Bluu is to contact your local Flow contact centre (store, phone, or WhatsApp) — they can activate your account the same day.
If you can't get through, fill out the Bluu Sign-Up Form and we'll set up your account within 1–2 business days. Please note there may be a delay. Billing starts from day one of activation.
💡 Our advice: Even after you submit the form, keep trying to reach the contact centre — they can usually activate the same day, which gets you watching sooner.
You'll only be activated if your Flow account is eligible for Bluu. If your account is not eligible, Bluu won't be added to your bill and we won't contact you.

Many customers end up with their phone on one Flow ID, their internet on another, and their TV on a third. Bluu may live on one of them while you keep trying to sign in with another — that's a very common cause of sign-in errors. Link every Flow service you have (mobile, internet, TV, BLUU) to the same Flow ID in the Top Up Flow app. See How Do I Verify If I Have Bluu? to check what's on your account.

✅ Before you subscribe, check that you qualify
Bluu is an add-on to your existing Flow service. It is available to:
- Flow AVS customers — Flow Evo or older cable-box customers.
- Postpaid Mobile customers.
- Internet customers.
- Customers who have both postpaid mobile and internet.
📍 Trinidad & Tobago: Flow does not offer mobile service in Trinidad — postpaid mobile/prepaid mobile does not apply there. Eligibility in Trinidad is Flow Internet customers or Flow AVS TV customers (Flow Evo or older cable boxes). Bluu is not available to prepaid mobile customers. Hub TV customers also get Bluu free — your Bluu channel lineup mirrors your Hub TV package. Download Bluu and sign in with the Flow ID linked to your Hub TV bill.
How to subscribe
Bluu is activated by Flow only. There is no online self-service sign-up. You can subscribe in three ways.
By phone
Call your local Flow care line. The agent will confirm your eligibility and add Bluu to your monthly bill. See the Contact Bluu — All Regions Directory for the number in your country.
At a Flow retail store
Visit your nearest Flow store and bring a photo ID. Ask the staff for Bluu and they will sign you up.
On WhatsApp
Message your local Flow team on WhatsApp. An agent will confirm your eligibility and pricing and add Bluu to your bill.
After you subscribe
- You'll receive a welcome email within 24 hours.
- Your first Bluu charge may be prorated depending on the day of the month you sign up. After that, you'll see the full monthly charge on your usual Flow bill.
