🔗 Strongly recommended — link all your Flow services to one Flow ID.
Many customers end up with their phone on one Flow ID, their internet on another, and their TV on a third. Bluu may live on one of them while you keep trying to sign in with another — that's a very common cause of sign-in errors. Link every Flow service you have (mobile, internet, TV, BLUU) to the same Flow ID in the Top Up Flow app. See How Do I Verify If I Have Bluu? to check what's on your account.
Your Flow ID is the login you use across all Flow services — including Bluu. Before you can stream, you need a Flow ID, and that Flow ID must be linked to your Flow bill so Bluu knows which services you're entitled to.
This article walks you through how to create your Flow ID step-by-step, and how to confirm it's linked to your bill.
✅ Why your Flow ID needs to be linked to your bill
Your Flow ID logs you into Bluu. Your Flow bill tells Flow which products you're subscribed to. Both have to point at the same Flow account. If they don't, Bluu won't recognise your subscription when you try to sign in.
If you have a single Flow account, this happens automatically when Flow activates Bluu for you. If you have two Flow accounts (for example, one for fixed Internet/TV and one for mobile), Bluu must be added to the account that has the Flow ID you'll use to sign in.
📱 Step-by-step: Creating your Flow ID
Go to the Flow website for your country (for example, discoverflow.co/jamaica in Jamaica — see Bluu by Country for your country's site).
Step 1 — Click "Sign In"
On the Flow website, click "Sign In" in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2 — Click "Create One"
You'll see the login screen. Scroll to the bottom-right and click "Create One" to begin registration.
Step 3 — Choose your Account Type
Choose the option that matches the service on the account you want Bluu attached to:
- Home Service Account — if Bluu will be on your Flow Internet, TV, or fixed-service account.
- Mobile Account — if Bluu will be on your Flow Post-Paid Mobile account.
Step 4 — Enter the required details
The form asks for different details depending on the account type:
- Home Service Account — select your Region, then enter your Account Number.
- Mobile Account — enter your Phone Number, including the country code (e.g. +876 for Jamaica).
Click Continue.
Step 5 — Verification code is sent
Flow sends a 6-digit verification code to the email address or mobile number on your Flow account. (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see it).
Step 6 — Enter the verification code
Type the 6-digit code on the next screen and click Verify Code.
Tip: If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, click "Send a New Code". Check your spam folder too.
Step 7 — Set your name and password
Enter your First Name and Last Name, then create a password. Your password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- An uppercase and a lowercase letter
- A number (0–9)
- A special character (e.g. !, @, #, $, %, &, *)
Re-enter the password to confirm, then click Continue.
Step 8 — You're done!
You'll see a Congratulations screen confirming your Flow ID was created successfully. From here, click "Go to Login" to sign in.
📌 Tip: Use your email address (not your phone number) for the Flow ID
If you sign up using your email address, Flow will additionally ask for your account number, email address and password the first time you log in, before sending a verification code. This adds a bit of extra security. But phone number sign-in does work as well.
🔗 Confirming your Flow ID is linked to your bill
Once your Flow ID exists, the easiest way to confirm it's linked to your Bluu-bearing account is to log into the My Flow app or the Flow website with your Flow ID. If you can see your Flow bill and services, the link is in place.

🎬 You're ready to stream
Once you have your Flow ID and it's linked to your bill, you can:
- Download the Bluu app on your phone, tablet, smart TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, or Google TV — see Download the Bluu App.
- Open the app and sign in with your Flow ID.
- Start watching.
📺 Signing in on a smart TV
You don't type your Flow ID and password directly on the TV. Instead, the TV shows a 6-digit activation code and a QR code, and you finish the sign-in on your phone or computer:
- On your TV, open the Bluu app and start the sign-in flow.
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera (or open activatetv.discoverflow.co/login in any web browser).
- On the Log In page, select "Bluu" (not Flow) under Regions, pick your country, complete the Cloudflare CAPTCHA, and sign in with your Flow ID.
- Type the 6-digit code your TV is showing. Your TV will sign in automatically.
