Bluu is easy to get started with. Here is what you need before you sign in and start watching.
✅ An eligible Flow service
Bluu is sold as an add-on to your existing Flow service. You can get it if you are:
- A Flow AVS customer (Flow Evo or an older cable box).
- A postpaid mobile customer.
- An internet customer.
- A customer who has both postpaid mobile and internet.
📍 Trinidad & Tobago: Flow does not offer mobile service in Trinidad — postpaid mobile/prepaid mobile does not apply there. Eligibility in Trinidad is Flow Internet customers or Flow AVS TV customers (Flow Evo or older cable boxes). Hub TV customers also get Bluu free — your Bluu lineup mirrors your Hub TV package, same as other markets. See Bluu in Trinidad & Tobago for the full Trinidad eligibility rules.
Bluu is not available to prepaid mobile customers. Hub TV customers also get Bluu — free of charge, with a Bluu channel lineup that mirrors their Hub TV package. Just download Bluu and sign in with the Flow ID linked to your Hub TV bill.
📺 A compatible device
You can watch Bluu on any of these:
- A Smart TV (Samsung, LG, or Android TV — 2021 or newer works best).
- An Amazon Firestick.
- An Apple TV.
- A smartphone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, or Android).
You can install Bluu on up to 8 devices, and watch on 2 of them at the same time.
Your Flow ID
Your Flow ID is the same login you use across Flow services. Make sure the email on your Flow ID matches the email on your Flow bill.

No cable box needed
Bluu is a streaming app — there is no Bluu box, no technician visit, and no installation. You just download the app, sign in, and watch.
How to subscribe
Bluu subscriptions are activated by Flow only — in store, by phone, or by WhatsApp. There is no online self-service sign-up.
