Once Bluu is added to your Flow account, here's how to start watching. The whole thing takes about five minutes.
Step 1 — Get your Flow ID ready
Your Flow ID is your universal sign-in for all Flow services. The email on your Flow ID must match the email on your Flow bill.

Step 2 — Download the Bluu app
Bluu is a streaming app — there is no Bluu box. On your device, open its app store and search for Bluu. You'll find it in:
- Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)
- Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets)
- Samsung TV store
- LG Content Store
- Amazon Appstore (Firestick, Fire TV)
Step 3 — Sign in
Open the Bluu app. Tap Sign In. Enter your Flow ID email and password.
Step 4 — Start watching
Your content is ready right away. Use the home screen to browse live TV, sports, and on-demand titles.
You can install Bluu on up to 8 devices, and watch on 2 of them at the same time.
