Who is Bluu for?

Bluu is a streaming app for Flow customers who want premium entertainment through an easy, fully legal service. It is a great fit if you are:

  • A sports fan — watch live Premier League, Champions League, the FIFA World Cup 2026, CPL cricket, La Liga, Formula 1, NFL, and more.
  • A first-time TV subscriber — Bluu is an affordable, easy way to start. Just download the app and go, with no installation needed.
  • A Flow internet customer — add Bluu straight to your existing Flow bill, with nothing extra to manage.
  • A cord-cutter — no cable box, no wires, no clutter. Watch on your smart TV, phone, tablet, or streaming stick.

✅ Who can get Bluu

Bluu is an add-on to your existing Flow service. It is available to:

  • Flow AVS customers — Flow Evo or older cable-box customers.
  • Postpaid Mobile customers.
  • Internet customers.
  • Customers who have both postpaid mobile and internet.

📍 Trinidad & Tobago: Flow does not offer mobile service in Trinidad — postpaid mobile/prepaid mobile does not apply there. Eligibility in Trinidad is Flow Internet customers or Flow AVS TV customers (Flow Evo or older cable boxes). Bluu is not available to prepaid mobile customers, and not available to Hub TV customers.

Are you a Hub TV customer?

Hub TV customers — you get Bluu free. Your Bluu channel lineup mirrors your Hub TV package, including any add-ons (like ESPN Extra). Download Bluu and sign in with the Flow ID linked to your Hub TV bill. See Bluu for Hub TV Customers for the full details.

How to get Bluu

Bluu is activated by Flow only — at a store, by phone, or on WhatsApp. There is no online self-service sign-up. A Flow agent confirms your eligibility and pricing.

Older Flow set-top boxes

If you currently use an older Flow Evo box or another legacy set-top box, contact Flow customer care to discuss your options.
