🟢 Can't get through to Flow? Use the Bluu Sign-Up Form.
The fastest way to activate Bluu is to contact your local Flow contact centre (store, phone, or WhatsApp) — they can activate your account the same day.
If you can't get through, fill out the Bluu Sign-Up Form and we'll set up your account within 1–2 business days. Please note there may be a delay. Billing starts from day one of activation.
💡 Our advice: Even after you submit the form, keep trying to reach the contact centre — they can usually activate the same day, which gets you watching sooner.
You'll only be activated if your Flow account is eligible for Bluu. If your account is not eligible, Bluu won't be added to your bill and we won't contact you.

📺 What is Bluu?
Bluu is a streaming service from Flow. It lets you watch live TV channels, live sport, and a large library of movies and shows — whenever you want.
You watch Bluu on screens you already own, such as your TV, phone, tablet, or computer. There is no cable box and no extra equipment to install. Bluu is available to Flow customers across the Caribbean.

📱 Bluu is an app — there is no Bluu box
Bluu is a streaming app. To watch, you simply download the app and sign in. There is nothing to wire up, and no technician visit is needed.
You can use Bluu on:
- Smart TVs
- Phones and tablets
- Computers, through a web browser
- Streaming sticks and boxes, such as Amazon Fire TV

💙 What plan can I get?
Right now there is one simple plan, and it is called Bluu. It gives you a set of live channels plus on-demand movies and shows for one price each month, added to your Flow bill. There is nothing complicated to choose.

🚀 How do I get Bluu?
Bluu is an add-on to your Flow service, and Flow sets it up for you. Getting started takes three easy steps:
- Get a Flow ID. This is the free account you use to sign in to Bluu. See How to Create a Flow ID and Link Your Bill.
- Ask Flow to add Bluu. Flow can add Bluu to your account in a store, by phone, or by WhatsApp. See How to Subscribe to Bluu.
- Download the app and sign in. Open the Bluu app, sign in with your Flow ID, and start watching. See Download the Bluu App.
