This article explains how Bluu works for Flow Hub TV customers — what you get, how to sign in, and how add-ons carry over.
🎁 What you get on Bluu
Your Bluu app shows the same channels you already pay for on Hub TV. Whatever's in your existing Hub TV package — local channels, sports, movies, kids — will appear in Bluu when you sign in.
- 📺 Same channels as your Hub TV package — your Bluu lineup mirrors what you already have at home.
- 🏟️ Add-ons travel too — if you have an add-on pack on Hub TV (e.g. ESPN Extra), it shows up in Bluu automatically.
- ➕ Add an add-on, get it in both — if you add a pack (like ESPN Extra) to your Hub TV bill, it appears in Bluu too. One add-on, both places.
- 💰 No extra Bluu charge — Bluu is included as part of your Hub TV subscription.
📱 How to start using Bluu
- Make sure you have a Flow ID linked to your Hub TV bill. If you don't, see How to Create a Flow ID and Link Your Bill.
- Download the Bluu app on your phone, tablet, smart TV, or streaming device — see Download the Bluu App.
- Sign in with the Flow ID linked to your Hub TV bill. Your Hub TV channels (and any add-ons) will be ready to stream.

➕ Adding an add-on (e.g. ESPN Extra)
If your Hub TV package doesn't include a pack you want — for example, ESPN Extra — you can add it through Flow. Once added to your bill, it will show up both on Hub TV at home and in Bluu when you sign in. Some customers used to use the Hub TV Companion App to watch Hub TV on the go. Going forward, Bluu replaces that for Hub TV customers — same channels, better experience, more devices.
