Looking for a specific movie, series, or actor on Bluu? Search is the fastest way. This article shows you how.
🔍 Where is Search?
The Search icon (magnifying glass) is at the top of the Bluu app on every screen — Home, Guide, On-Demand, and inside any category. Tap it any time to open the search bar.
📱 Step-by-step
- Open the Bluu app on your phone, tablet, or TV.
- Tap the 🔍 Search icon.
- Start typing what you're looking for. Results appear as you type.
- You can search by title, actor, director, or genre — e.g. "Dune", "Denzel Washington", "action".
- Tap a result to open it. If a Play button appears, tap it to start watching.
💡 Tips for finding what you want
- Partial titles work — you don't have to spell it out. "Marv" will surface Marvel titles.
- Search across live TV + on-demand — results include live channel programmes and on-demand titles together.
- See something in results that won't play? That title likely belongs to a Bluu plan we don't yet offer. Use the Guide to see the channels and shows you're guaranteed to be able to watch — see About Content You Can't Watch.
📺 Browsing on-demand by category
Prefer to browse instead of search? From the Bluu Home screen, use the top tabs to filter by category (Movies, Series, Kids, Sports) and scroll through the on-demand rows.
