The TV Guide is the fastest, most reliable way to find something to watch on Bluu. It shows every live channel you get and what's on right now, next, and later. This article walks through selecting a show.
💡 Our top tip: When you're new to Bluu, open the Guide first — the channels and shows in the Guide are your guaranteed content. Other places in the app may show titles that won't play.
📺 Where is the Guide?
The Guide (sometimes labelled TV Guide or Live TV) is one of the main tabs in the Bluu app. On your Home screen, tap the Guide icon in the menu.
📱 Step-by-step
- Open the Bluu app.
- Tap Guide (or TV Guide) from the main menu.
- The Guide opens on the current time. Live channels are on the left; time slots run across the top.
- Use the arrow keys on your remote — or swipe on a phone / tablet — to move around:
- Up / Down — different channels.
- Right — see what's on later today or tomorrow.
- Left — see what was on earlier (some earlier shows can be watched via catch-up — see the next section).
- Highlight the show you want and tap OK (or select). If the show is on now, it starts playing.
⭐ Favourite a channel
On any channel row in the Guide, long-press the OK button or open the channel menu. You'll see an option to add to Favourites. Favourited channels appear at the top of your Guide for quick access.
