Many customers end up with their phone on one Flow ID, their internet on another, and their TV on a third. Bluu may live on one of them while you keep trying to sign in with another — that's a very common cause of sign-in errors. Link every Flow service you have (mobile, internet, TV, BLUU) to the same Flow ID in the Top Up Flow app. See How Do I Verify If I Have Bluu? to check what's on your account.

🔍 How do I check if I already have Bluu on my account?
The fastest way: open the Top Up Flow app and look at your account card. If you see a BLUU: line, you have Bluu — sign in to the Bluu app with that Flow ID. ✅ Who can get Bluu?
Bluu is an add-on to your existing Flow service. You're eligible if you're a:
- Flow AVS customer (Flow Evo or an older cable box).
- Postpaid Mobile customer.
- Internet customer.
- Hub TV customer — see Hub TV question below; you get Bluu free.

📺 I have Hub TV — can I use Bluu?
Yes! Hub TV customers get Bluu free — no extra charge. Just download Bluu and sign in with the Flow ID linked to your Hub TV bill. Your Bluu channel lineup mirrors your Hub TV package, including any add-ons (like ESPN Extra). See Bluu for Hub TV Customers for the full details.
💰 How much does Bluu cost?
Bluu's monthly price varies by country. See Bluu Pricing by Country for the rate in your country. Heads-up: your first Bluu charge may be prorated depending on the day of the month you sign up.
🛒 How do I subscribe?
Subscriptions are activated by Flow only — in store, by phone, or on WhatsApp. There is no online self-service sign-up. See How to Subscribe to Bluu for the full walkthrough.

❌ Bluu is not available on PC or web. You cannot stream Bluu on a desktop, laptop, or web browser. The device-management page is on the web, but it's only for managing your linked devices — not for streaming. See Devices That Work with Bluu.
📥 How do I download Bluu?
Search for "Bluu" in your device's app store (App Store, Google Play, Samsung TV App Store, etc.). See Download the Bluu App for direct links.
📷 How do I sign in on my TV?
When you open Bluu on a smart TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, or Google TV for the first time, the app shows a QR code and a 6-digit code. Scan the QR with your phone to sign in — no typing on the remote needed. See How to Add and Manage Your Devices.
📺 How many devices can I use?
You can install Bluu on up to 8 devices per account. You can stream on 2 devices at the same time. Manage your linked devices at activatetv.discoverflow.co/login.
🔐 I'm getting a sign-in error — what now?
The "Sign In Error / having trouble connecting to the TiVo service" message usually means your account isn't yet provisioned for Bluu, or you're using the wrong Flow ID. See Sign-in & Registration Errors — What They Mean for the full breakdown and fixes.
🆔 I don't have a Flow ID — how do I create one?
Create your Flow ID at discoverflow.co. The email you use must match the email on your Flow bill. See How to Create a Flow ID and Link Your Bill.
📺 What can I watch on Bluu?
Live channels, premium sports (UEFA Champions League, LaLiga, Formula 1, IPL cricket, NFL, FIFA World Cup 2026 in eligible markets), local channels, and on-demand movies & series. See Content & Channels on Bluu.
↩️ What's the catch-up icon?
Some channels in the Guide show a catch-up icon (a rewind-style arrow) next to the programme name — that means the show is available to start over, even if it's already partway through or has finished. In the Guide, you can also scroll left to see earlier programmes; anything with the catch-up icon is available to watch. See Using the Bluu App.
📼 Can I record shows on Bluu?
No. Bluu does not currently support recording (NDVR). To watch something later, look for the catch-up icon in the Guide.
📺 Why don't some titles play?
If a title appears in browse but won't play, it's likely tied to a Bluu plan we don't yet offer, or it's a preview/trailer. Tip: use the Guide as your source of truth — channels and shows in the Guide are guaranteed to play. See About Content You Can't Watch.
⚽ Is the FIFA World Cup 2026 included?
Yes — World Cup 2026 coverage is included in Bluu in most markets. The exact channel and language vary by country:
- Most markets: on the RUSH Sports channels.
- Curacao: on the Nos País channel.

💳 How am I billed?
Bluu is billed monthly through your usual Flow bill, starting from day one of activation. Your first charge may be prorated depending on the day of the month you signed up. See Payment & Billing.
🔁 Does the app remember where I left off?
Yes. Wherever you were last time you used Bluu is the same spot the app opens to next time. No re-navigating to find your show.
🛡️ Can I set up parental controls?
Yes — set a 4-digit PIN to restrict by content rating, channels, or categories. See the Parental Controls section in Using the Bluu App.
