Not sure whether your Flow account includes Bluu? Here's the quickest way to check: use the Top Up Flow app on your phone.
💡 In short — open Top Up Flow and look at your account card.
If you see a BLUU: line, you have Bluu. If you only see TV: (and you have a cable box at home), you have Flow TV but Bluu is not on your account — you'll need to add it.
📲 Step 1 — Get the Top Up Flow app
Top Up Flow is Flow's free account-management app. It shows every Flow service tied to your Flow ID — mobile, internet, TV, and Bluu.
- iPhone or iPad: open the App Store and search for Top Up Flow.
- Android phone or tablet: open Google Play and search for Top Up Flow.
Once installed, sign in with your Flow ID (the same one you'd use for Bluu).
👀 Step 2 — Look for "BLUU" or "TV" on your account card
After you sign in, you'll land on the Lobby screen showing your accounts. Each card lists what's on that account — Mobile, Internet, TV, BLUU, etc.
✅ If you see "BLUU:" on a card
You have Bluu on that account. The Flow ID you signed in with is the one to use in the Bluu app. Open Bluu, sign in with this Flow ID, and you're set.
📺 If you only see "TV:" on a card (no "BLUU" label)
You have a Flow TV plan, but Bluu is not currently on your account. What this means depends on what kind of TV product you have:
- Hub TV (the dedicated Flow box): you get Bluu free — but the "TV" label might mean the system hasn't surfaced your Bluu entitlement yet. Try signing in to Bluu with this Flow ID. If you hit a sign-in error, contact your local Flow team to confirm Bluu was added — see Bluu for Hub TV Customers.
- AVS / cable box TV (Flow Evo or older box): having a TV plan alone does not mean you have Bluu. You'll need to add Bluu to your account — see How to Subscribe to Bluu.
❓ If you don't see "BLUU" or "TV" anywhere
If your account card only shows Mobile or Internet (no TV or BLUU line), Bluu isn't on this Flow ID. Two possibilities:
- Bluu is on a different Flow ID. Many customers have separate Flow IDs for different services — check the next section.
- Bluu hasn't been added yet. See How to Subscribe to Bluu to add it.
🔗 Very important — link all your Flow services to one Flow ID.
A lot of customers end up with their phone on one Flow ID, their internet on another, and their TV on a third. This causes confusion at sign-in: Bluu may live on one of those Flow IDs but you keep trying to sign in with the wrong one.
Strongly recommended: in the Top Up Flow app, link every service you have — mobile, internet, TV, BLUU — to the same Flow ID. Tap Link Account on the Lobby screen to add another account. Once everything is under one Flow ID, signing in to Bluu (and any future Flow service) is straightforward.
