Look for the Play button. If a show, movie, or sports event has a Play button on it, it's part of your Bluu plan and you can watch it right now.
Everything in the Live TV Guide is fully watchable. Some content elsewhere in the app (Browse, Search results, "Recommended for you") may show up without a Play button — that's content that isn't part of your current Bluu plan.
Bluu's library is broader than any single Bluu plan. When you browse or search, you might see shows or movies that aren't part of what you're subscribed to today. That's normal — and below is exactly why it happens, and what to do.
✅ What you can watch today
- Everything in the Live TV Guide — every channel listed in your Guide is fully watchable. Open the Guide, pick a channel, press play.
- Anything with a Play button — in Browse, Search, on a show or movie tile, on a sports event card — the Play button means "you can watch this now on your Bluu plan."
- Catch-Up — past programmes from your channels, where available (typically 3 days up to 1–2 weeks back).
👀 What you'll see but can't play right now
Sometimes you'll tap on a show, movie, or trailer and it won't play — or you'll see content in browse without a Play button on it. That can happen for a few reasons:
- It belongs to a Bluu plan we don't yet offer. More Bluu plans are on the way — with extra channels and expanded on-demand libraries. When those plans launch, some of the content you currently can't play will unlock.
- It's a preview, trailer, or informational item. Some tiles in browse show artwork or a trailer for content that isn't included in your plan — it's there so you know it exists, not because it's available to watch.
- It's a temporary playback issue. Less common, but occasionally a specific asset can't play for technical or rights reasons. If a Play button is there and the content still won't play, try again later or contact Flow.

Look for the Play button. If it's there, you can watch it. If it isn't, the content isn't part of your current Bluu plan.

🚀 More Bluu plans are on the way
Bluu today has a single plan. Expanded Bluu plans — with more channels, more on-demand libraries, and more premium content — are being prepared for launch. Once they're available, you'll be able to unlock content that you can see in the app today but can't yet play.

Some content rights vary by country. A channel or sports league that's available with Bluu in one country may not be available in another — even within the same Bluu plan. Check your country's section under Bluu by Country for what's available where you live.
